1. Program Overview

By joining the Regal Tours Affiliate Program (“Program”), you (“Affiliate”) agree to promote our travel services (flights, hotels, tours, etc.) in exchange for commissions under these terms.

2. Affiliate Consent

By submitting your application, you confirm:
✅ You are 18+ years old
✅ You have read and accept these terms
✅ You will promote services ethically and legally

4. Affiliate Obligations

You agree to:

• Use only approved marketing materials from our portal
• Disclose affiliate links as required by law (e.g., #ad)
• Avoid:
  ❌ Spam (email/social media)
  ❌ Brand bidding on “Regal Tours” keywords
  ❌ False claims about discounts/benefits
• Comply with all Kenyan advertising laws

5. Intellectual Property

• Limited License: Use Regal Tours’ logos/banners only for promotion
• Restrictions:
  • Cannot modify brand assets without permission
  • Cannot register domains containing “Regal Tours”

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with 7 days’ notice. Reasons we may terminate immediately:

• Fraudulent referrals
• Brand infringement
• Violation of Kenyan Consumer Protection Act

7. Data & Reporting

• You consent to tracking via affiliate cookies
• Our dashboard shows real-time:
  • Clicks
  • Conversions
  • Commissions earned
• We handle all customer data; no PII sharing

8. Liability Limit

“Our maximum liability is limited to commissions earned in the prior 3 months.”
We’re not liable for:

• Technical issues affecting tracking
• Changes to third-party services (e.g., Facebook ads)

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by Kenyan law. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Mombasa per the Arbitration Act 1995.
